We aim to ship out orders within 24 hours Monday – Friday. Our shipping charges are weight based.
Our delivery services usually take between 2-3 days. Our standard shipping option is Royal Mail 2nd class or 2-3 day economy courier. If a quicker delivery service is required you can choose a 24 hour courier. Small light items such as a single/pack of wax melts can be sent as a large letter.
Larger orders placed are normally ship via a courier.
Additional shipping charges may apply to orders sent to Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands & Isle of Man. Please contact us prior to ordering with your order details to confirm shipping costs. We do not ship outside of the UK.
A signature is required in most cases for all deliveries.
Under 2kg – £2.80 Royal Mail 2nd Class
Over 2kg – £4.99 Economy Delivery (My Hermes or similar)
Over 2kg – £6.99 24 hour courier (courier varies)
Delays can sometimes occur or the parcel may get misplaced during transit. Please allow up to 10 days for the parcel to arrive. We will do our best to chase the shipping provider for updates.
If you receive goods from us and they are damaged, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. We only use trusted postal provider such as royal mail or specific couriers. Accidents can sometimes happen in transit, so if your parcel arrives damaged from a courier please be sure to mark the packaged as damaged on receipt before signing. We may request details, including photos, to process a return/replacement and a process claim with the shipping provider.
