We hope you are happy with your purchase however if you are not entirely satisfied with the goods you have chosen, please ensure you return them to us in a saleable (unused) condition within 14 days. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or full refund if goods are not returned in a re-saleable condition or are damaged. If these conditions are met we will gladly offer a replacement, exchange or refund. Refunds on promotional goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price.
Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you. Return postage is the buyer responsibility. Ensure goods are packaged securely. Be sure to obtain proof of postage.
Returns must be confirmed by Heart Candles prior to any goods being sent back. Heart Candles may ask for reasons for return, photos, and description.
